Our bungalows are located just a short walk from the main beach harbor in Nemberala, providing convenient access to the surf breaks in the area. We understand that surfing isn't the only activity you'll be interested in, which is why we offer a range of amenities and services to enhance your stay.

Our chefs are skilled in preparing delicious meals that cater to the needs of active individuals. We prioritize taste and nutrition over fancy presentation, ensuring that you're well-fueled for your adventures. When it comes to boating activities, our boat captains go above and beyond. They not only transport guests but also make sure that the boats are always in excellent condition. While Lualemba Bungalow Resort is not located right on the beach, there are reasons for that. The main surf break is more than 1 kilometer away from the beach, so sitting back and watching people surf isn't feasible. We believe it's essential to accommodate for our guests to be as cool and comfortable as possible from the tropical temperatures.

The beach itself may not be suitable for swimming due to the massive tides and currents, as well as the presence of ropes and stakes from the Agar Agar seaweed farming. To provide a safe and enjoyable swimming experience, we have created a natural plunge pool within our premises.

One of the main advantages of our location is the abundance of shade trees and gardens in fertile soils offering respite from the intense tropical sun. While the beachfront has experienced sand erosion due to improper development and excessive human presents, Lualemba Bungalow Resort has maintained a lush, green environment for our guests to enjoy.

We have transformed our property into a cool paradise within a tropical island paradise often referred to as the Ubud of Rote. From comfortable bungalows to a large central communal area with a restaurant and bar lounge, we provide a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
