Lualemba Restaurant and Bar, previously known as Jenets Cool Drinks, has a rich history in the catering industry in Nemberala. Jenet's initial endeavor of selling ice to fishermen expanded to include cold beer, establishing Jenets Cool Drinks as a popular destination for cold beverages in Nemberala in 1998, a time when electricity was not available in the area. Over the years, it became a central hub for tourists and locals to gather.

In 2007, Jenets Cool Drinks transformed into Lualemba Restaurant and Bar, becoming the first and only restaurant and bar in Nemberala at the time. It catered to the culinary needs of both locals and tourists, offering a unique dining experience.

In 2017, Lualemba Restaurant and Bar underwent a transformation as it relocated to the Lualemba Bungalow Resort site, allowing for a consolidation of operations.
